Weights Lifted is a Christian health coaching practice for women. We use a “balanced body” approach in our health coaching. We look at several contributing factors to poor health and weight gain and provide solutions that include: nutrition, water intake, sleep patterns, stress management, exercise and more…
We also believe that true health is more than counting calories and time on a treadmill. It begins on the inside with what fills your heart and consumes your thinking. Therefore, we also offer faith-based coaching that will help you grow spiritually and to develop a healthy mindset.
