The Wei8ht is Over 8 Week Challenge
This 8-week challenge is a unique program that combines small group nutritional coaching with fitness training to get results.
Every time you go on a restricted diet, you will lose weight. Every time you stop the diet, you will eventually gain that weight back, plus some! This cycle hurts your body by slowing your metabolism and reprogramming your set-point to a higher number on a scale.
Our program is based on the power of blood sugar stabilization. Stabilizing your blood sugar will naturally help you keep your body in balance and allow you to:

Personal Results Coaching
8 weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions (15-20 minutes) designed to keep you motivated and accountable to acheive your personal goals. This is the perfect follow-up to the 12-week program, or for those who simply need accountability. These sessions can be done in person or by phone.
