PiYo ® Live
No weights. No jumps. No bulk. Just hardcore results. PiYo ® Live combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle, big and small. This class is sure to improve your balance, core power and flexibility.
A full body, high energy cardio workout that is a mix of martial arts inspired combos and stick fighting moves that will challenge your body and push you to new limits. This workout is designed to keep you in your optimal fat burning zone and can be used to help decrease stress as well as leave you feeling strong, fierce and empowered.
Tabata is the new HIIT. Tabata workouts are 30 minutes in length and are designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over. Within the workout you will perform short interval burst of various exercises that will maximize your results in minimal time. This class is a total body workout and provides both cardio and strength training, and can be enjoyed by all fitness levels.
FIT in 30
A 30 minute workout using suspension trainers, resistance bands and other various small equipment to sculpt and tone your body. This workout is designed to keep you continuously moving through various strength and resistance exercises interrupted only by a short 4 minute, low impact cardio burst to give you results in minimal time.
